The Lost & Found InstituteChristian is in college and still exploring what he wants to major in. After aging out of foster care, he is working to figure out what comes next and what direction he wants his future to take. Christian spent much of his childhood moving in and out of foster homes, beginning at age five, and never had the opportunity to experience a permanent “forever home.” These experiences have shaped his journey and the way he thinks about building a future for himself. As Christian looks ahead, he hopes to find a career that will allow him to earn a good income and create a stable life for himself. He also hopes that one day he will be in a position to give back to others and support people going through challenges similar to those he has experienced. For Christian, college is an important step toward discovering his goals, building his independence, and creating the future he wants.
Christian is navigating college and life after aging out of foster care, working hard to figure out his next steps while building real stability for himself. Between tuition, coursework, and everything else on his plate, groceries have been one of the harder expenses to keep up with. A Costco gift card would let him choose the food and household essentials that matter most, taking some of that pressure off so Christian has more room to focus on what he's really working toward: school and his future.
