Kyra has a long history with the Department of Children and Youth. She was previously removed from her home and separated from her siblings, who were later adopted. Kyra has recently been removed again due to concerns involving substance use, lack of supervision, and neglect. She is now placed in a kinship home with the family who adopted her siblings. Kyra is an outgoing, honest, and happy girl with a bright future ahead of her.

Kyra has been through a significant amount of trauma and really wants a trampoline. A trampoline would give her an opportunity to enjoy active, age-appropriate outdoor play and experience the fun and freedom of being a child. It can provide a positive outlet for energy, encourage physical activity and coordination, and create opportunities for joyful experiences and play in a safe and supportive environment.
