Christopher is the oldest of three children in a single-parent family with limited financial resources and support. Despite significant family challenges, he remains resilient, hopeful, eager to learn, and protective of those he cares about. He has made significant progress at his specialized school and is now a peer mentor and participant in the work-study program. He continues working on self-accountability and organizational skills and has a strong passion for mechanics and electronics. He dreams of attending vocational school to pursue his interests and build a career in these fields.

Christopher has a strong passion for automotive work. He is self-taught and enjoys taking things apart, learning how they work, repairing them, and creatively repurposing discarded items. He is also working on making positive choices, self-accountability, and organizational skills. A dedicated space to safely store his tools and parts and work on projects would help Christopher develop his skills, strengthen responsibility and organization, and build confidence and independence as he works toward his dream of attending vocational school and pursuing a career in automotive mechanics and technology.
