Shelly is currently exploring different majors while taking the classes she needs to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse. She hopes to one day work in telehealth, combining her passion for helping others with her interest in making healthcare more accessible. Outside of school, Shelly enjoys getting lost in a good book and listening to music. After aging out of foster care, she is now building an independent life for herself in the city while working toward a bright future.

Shelly is a dedicated college student taking many of her classes online, but she currently doesn’t have a desk or chair where she can comfortably complete her assignments. A desk and chair set would give Shelly a dedicated space to focus, stay organized, and keep her school supplies within reach as she works toward her educational goals.
