A scrapbook for Jeramiah to preserve his favorite memories and celebrate his accomplishments
Jeramiah, 14 years old, NJ
Wish submitted by:
NJ DCFS - Ocean CountyJeramiah is a determined young man committed to doing well in school and on the sports teams he plays on. Jeramiah not only plays on the baseball and basketball teams at his school, but is also on travel teams because of his dedication to the sport and his teams. Jeramiah works hard in school so he can keep doing what he loves. Jeramiah has been able to be successful in his endeavors even after facing constant instability with his family, including being in foster care and separation from his sibling and parents.
Jeramiah has faced many challenges throughout his life but has continued to persevere and find success along the way. He has made many meaningful memories playing basketball and baseball and would love to have one special place to keep his belongings and mementos together. Having a space to store these items would allow Jeramiah to look back on his memories and celebrate the accomplishments he has worked so hard to achieve.
