Kacey is a fun-loving little boy. He has been in foster care for a short time. He loves to do anything outside. He loves playing at the park and especially with his older brothers. He can be quiet, but he opens up as soon as you ask about his favorite things: movies, sports, and being active. He has had a lot of new changes this past year, but he continues to be resilient.

Kacey has spent a lot of time watching his older brothers ride their bikes, and now he's ready to join in himself. A bike of his own would let him build new skills like balance and coordination, and finally ride alongside his brothers instead of just watching from the sidelines. Kacey has a lot of energy and loves being active, and having his own bike would give him another fun way to stay outside, connect with his brothers, and keep making new friends along the way.
