Jameir is celebrating his very first Halloween in foster care. Receiving a Halloween costume would allow him to take part in fun, age-appropriate activities like trunk-or-treating. This would help create special memories during this exciting milestone. Having a costume would bring him joy, support his early social and emotional development, and give him the chance to experience the excitement of Halloween alongside other children. This would make his first Halloween a memorable and meaningful experience, providing him with a sense of inclusion, happiness, and belonging.
