Jaiden is a sweet young lady who has spent years in foster care, frequently enduring trial home placements with her mom that never last. Despite these disruptions and multiple school changes, she managed to graduate high school and go on to college. She has several siblings who look up to her, and she dedicates her extra time to help them, whether it’s with homework or cheering them on at their ballgames. Jaiden is selfless, often leaving her own needs unmet while giving so much of herself to others. At night, she enjoys the quiet moments at her little desk by the window, reading and working on her school assignments. With dreams of exploring the world she has only read about, she remains grounded in her reality. Jaiden knows that only her hard work and dedication will pave the way for her future.

Jaiden is about to age out of care and has been living in transitional housing. She will soon be moving into her own apartment and will need assistance with the move. Throughout her program, she has successfully learned many independent living skills and is now ready for this next step. A moving kit would help her enhance her organizational skills and serve as a valuable teaching tool to learn the best practices for moving. This kit includes plenty of boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and foam to protect all of Jaiden's belongings. She has several items to pack and feels very proud of what she has accomplished. Jaiden has worked hard to reach this point in her foster care journey and wants to ensure she leaves nothing behind.
