Willow has had a difficult life. She entered foster care when she was six and spent almost ten years moving between different homes before being adopted at fifteen. Throughout this time, writing helped her cope and understand her experiences. Now a college student studying journalism, she wants to become an author. In her spare time, she enjoys attending poetry slams, where she listens to others and shares her own work that reflects her dreams and inspirations.

For her birthday this year, Willow is wishing for a stair climber machine so she can start working toward her fitness goals from the comfort of home. Willow wants to become more active, build strength, and create healthy habits she can maintain throughout the year. Having her own stair climber would make it easier for her to exercise regularly and stay motivated without needing to go to a gym. Most importantly, Willow hopes that taking time to care for herself and work toward her goals will help her feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. This would be a gift she could continue using long after her birthday and a great way to support her as she works toward feeling her best.
