Kourtney is in school and absolutely loves it. Her favorite thing to do at school and in her foster home is to put together puzzles. Kourtney can even do the ones meant for older children! She is learning her numbers and her letters. Her favorite colors are neon pink and neon green. Kourtney is autistic and is working hard on learning to speak.

Kourtney would love her own bicycle. She used to have one, but someone stole it after her mother's storage unit was broken into. Kourtney, who is autistic and doesn't verbalize much, communicates in other powerful ways, and you can see it clearly whenever she rides her stepsister's bike: pure joy written all over her face. Having her own bike again would let Kourtney keep experiencing that same happiness whenever she wants, without needing to wait to borrow one.
