Aliza is a hardworking, dedicated mother whose work hours were recently reduced, making it hard to pay her phone bill. Her phone has since been shut off, and getting it turned back on has become essential. Without a working phone, Aliza can't easily communicate with her son's daycare in case of an emergency, and just as importantly, she's missing out on the chance to pick up additional shifts when they become available- shifts she desperately needs to get her income back on track. Something as simple as restoring her phone service would remove a real barrier standing between Aliza and getting back on her feet.
