Families 4 FamiliesGarret entered foster care shortly after his fourth birthday due to severe developmental delays, such as limited speech and being in diapers. Through extensive therapies and a stable, loving home environment, he has made significant progress and has blossomed into a sweet, caring, and eager-to-learn little boy. His favorite activities include riding his bike, building forts for himself and his baby brothers to play in, "working" on projects with his tools, and creating elaborate "homes" with his favorite toy: magnet tiles.
Garret LOVES to work with his hands! Whether it’s taking things apart to see how they work, building things, or working outdoors. He’s mechanically minded and his favorite toy so far has been magnet tiles. He also loves to build forts, so these giant building blocks would be a fun way to combine these interests! They’re also foam so they can come crashing down with no risk of injury. As a sensory seeker he will love building walls and crashing through them.
