Jessica is a lively girl full of energy and excitement. She is currently in foster care and lives with her sisters and grandmother. Jessica is very protective of her sisters and shares a close bond with them. She has a big imagination and loves to pretend she works in a restaurant. One of Jessica's favorite things to do is head to her local park, where a huge tennis court has become the go-to spot for kids riding scooters and skates. Right now, Jessica can only watch from the sidelines while her friends ride around, but having her own scooter would let her finally join in, riding alongside everyone else instead of just cheering them on from the edge of the court.
