Raven resides in a Mommy and Me program with her mother. She is receiving services from DCFS. While basic items are provided, her mother must figure out the rest.
Raven and her mother currently live together in a mommy and me program, where the Division helps with services and many necessities, though some items fall outside what they can provide. Raven's mother has signed up for WIC to cover the formula Raven depends on, but the benefits haven't started yet, leaving a short gap before they kick in. A Target shopping trip would cover a few cans of formula to get Raven through until then, so she doesn't go without.
