He is very independent, as he had to learn to take care of himself before entering foster care.

Donald’s birthday is coming up, and he is excited to have a real party this year. He is already planning who he wants to have there. Donald loves flags, enjoys learning about them, and wants to collect everything he can find. A set of flag flash cards would be the perfect addition to his collection and give him new flags to learn about and quiz his guests on at the party. It would make his birthday extra special.
