He also enjoys playing Minecraft and loves to show off his Minecraft school backpack and supplies. Karter is meeting all of his developmental milestones and is doing well in his mother's care. He and his family receive services through the state and are compliant with all requests.
Karter has spent a lot of time watching from the sidelines. Back at his old home, his older brother had a ride-on car, and Karter's face lit up every time he saw him cruise by, clearly waiting for his turn. When the family moved and went into transitional housing, the car stayed behind, and with money so tight, new toys haven't been possible for any of the kids. A ride-on car would finally give Karter his own turn behind the wheel.
