Texas Alliance for Youth SuccessCJ is an energetic and outgoing boy who loves staying active and spending time with the people he cares about. He enjoys playing flag football, playing outside, and video calling his friends. At school, math is his favorite subject, and when he grows up, CJ hopes to become a police officer. He lives with his parents and two sisters and participates in our programs through his mom, who has lived experience in foster care.
CJ is always ready for an adventure. As soon as he finishes his homework each day, he heads outside to play with his sisters and friends, and he never seems to run out of energy. This year, he hopes his birthday brings him an electric go-kart of his own. It would give him an exciting new way to spend his afternoons outdoors, with plenty of room for his sisters and friends to take turns, cheer each other on, and make up games together. Having something this special to share would turn his usual playtime into the kind of fun he will talk about for a long time, and it would make his birthday one to remember.
