VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyLassan is an amazing boy who loves to play with his toys, trucks, and rubber ducks in the tub. Lassan is exploring his world. He was removed from his young mother's care for neglect, but he continues to see the world through his innocent eyes.
Lassan can't stop raving about the new Spider-Man movie; it really sparked his love for the superhero. Since getting his Spider-Man costume last week, he's been opening his closet every day after school just to take a peek at it, imagining how awesome he’ll look at the Halloween party. He really wants a web blaster to complete his costume and feel like the real deal, but he's bummed because the webs are too expensive right now. He’s determined to find a way to make it happen, though; he can't wait to show off his Spider-Man look!
