Dewayne is a lovable kid with autism who is currently living in foster care. He has a strong passion for trains and enjoys toys, movies, and books related to them. Although he is having a hard time adjusting to the move from his previous home, he is supported by a loving family that is doing their best to help him through this transition. Dewayne has not yet attended school but is set to start soon.

Dewayne absolutely loves trains. Ask him anything about them, and he will happily share fact after fact until your head spins. He dreams of being a conductor when he grows up, and he practices whenever he can. A remote-controlled steam locomotive with light-up cars and a track to run it on would let him run his own railway right at home. He could build the track, send the train around the loop, and watch the cars glow as he plays conductor. It is the kind of toy that would make his whole day.
