Fostering Hope - BucksDayshawn never had a home until he moved in with his aunt and cousins. He loves creating and writing music. He is excited to be an adult, and one of his biggest dreams is to join the military. He is responsible and helpful with his three younger cousins.
Dayshawn rarely asks for anything, so when he told his team he was really hoping for one pair of sneakers this birthday, it stood out. He has his heart set on them, and he would be so proud to wear them to school every day for the rest of the year. Picking them out himself would make him feel confident walking the halls and show him someone listened when he spoke up, especially on his birthday.
