People say Jessica looks exactly like Princess Elsa from Frozen because she wears her Frozen costume every day. She is always running around playing make-believe games with her brother and foster siblings. Jessica has an incredible imagination and loves to play princesses on the playground equipment at school. Jessica's playful energy and kind heart are representative of the resiliency he possesses at an incredibly young age. Jessica has spent her entire life in various foster homes and is used to constantly moving. She is now thriving in her current foster placement and has been stable there for almost a whole year, making this the longest she has ever lived in one home.

Jessica loves to play dress-up. When she first entered foster care, she was shy and reserved, but her foster family has watched her blossom into a playful, social young lady through dress-up play. Becoming a princess or any character she imagines gives her the confidence to be whoever she wants to be.
