A Birthday Celebration day for Chase's 4th Birthday

Chase's sister is continuing to try to keep everything together and keep all of her siblings safe in her home. Unfortunately, Chase's 4th birthday snuck up on her and she didn't have a chance to plan anything special. She would like to go out and get some special things for him so that he knows how special he is.
Chase is 11 years old and lives in OH
Chase is a 3 year old with a lot of delays. His parents have been using drugs the last few years, and unfortunately weren't providing him with many learning experiences or medical services. Chase is now in the care of his 18 year old sister, and she is giving him more care and love than he has ever received. The school district will start helping him catch up. But unfortunately things are really tight for his sister right now as she is trying to learn how to take care of him, his siblings and herself as a young 18 year old. Chase is very sweet and loves to be hugged.
