Chloe is a cheerful and spirited girl who finds herself in foster care for the second time. Life hasn’t been easy for her, but she’s determined not to let her past define her. While school isn't her favorite place, she does well academically, especially enjoying the chance to socialize with friends. Chloe dreams big; she plans to graduate from high school, go to college, and become a veterinarian, showing just how resilient and hopeful she truly is.

Chloe loves spending time with her friends, and they often meet up at Starbucks. She hasn’t always been able to buy a drink when she is there with them because she doesn’t have the funds.
