Blaire is a quiet and expressive young person who finds her voice through creativity. She uses fashion and makeup as a form of self-expression, allowing her personality and individuality to shine. Through her unique style, Blaire communicates confidence, creativity, and a growing sense of identity. Blaire has been in care since she was a toddler. Over time, her older sister stepped into a loving and supportive role by taking guardianship of her, providing stability and a strong sense of family. This bond is incredibly meaningful to Blaire and has played an important role in her growth. Blaire is already thinking ahead about her future. She has a clear goal of enrolling in beauty school after graduation, where she hopes to pursue her passion for becoming a makeup artist. She is drawn to the artistry of makeup and the way it can transform, empower, and tell a story. In addition to makeup, Blaire also enjoys creating art. Whether through visual art or personal style, she is naturally creative and continues to explore different ways to express herself.

Blaire recently got her learner’s permit and has started driving to and from high school as she continues to develop her driving skills and independence. As part of this new responsibility, she is learning the importance of monitoring the gas tank and understanding the costs associated with driving. Blaire is motivated to take greater responsibility for her expenses and has started looking for a part-time job to help contribute toward the cost of gas. She recently had a job interview and is excited about the possibility of being hired. She hopes that earning her own income will allow her to contribute financially and become more independent. In the meantime, providing Blaire with a few tanks of gas would be a meaningful support as she navigates this transition. It would help ease the financial burden of keeping her car fueled for school while allowing her to continue practicing responsible driving habits and learning to manage the expenses that come with this new privilege.
