NJ DCFS - Atlantic CountyDestiny has a significant personal history with Child Protective Services (CPS) from her time as a minor. She has faced homelessness in the past but was accepted into a youth program, which has helped her secure her own apartment. Destiny is self-assured, has a strong work ethic, and is intelligent, often advocating for herself. She is making progress toward achieving her life goals and is also a loving mother to her sweet little boy.
Destiny is determined to earn her GED and continues working hard toward her future. She walks to school every day, showing dedication and perseverance as she overcomes past challenges. A new pair of warm boots would help keep her feet warm and comfortable during her daily walks, supporting her as she continues pursuing her educational goals.
