As the oldest of three siblings, she took on a caregiving role for her younger sisters while living with her biological family. Now, being separated from her sisters is difficult for Alex, as she misses them dearly and values the special bond they share.

Alex needs a new tablet because her previous one broke. Alex loves reading books on her tablet and doing homework. She loves looking things up and figuring them out. By having a new tablet, she will be able to help herself get better grades and keep her education growing.
