Summer has had a very traumatic life. She was abused by her family, forced to fight for food, never sent to school, and was previously adopted only to be returned to the state because they did not want to deal with her behaviors. Despite this, Summer is hoping to be adopted someday and have that forever home.

Summer loves dolls; she loves caring for them because she thinks they are her children. She says it feels nice to be wanted, and she enjoys having someone who needs her to care for them. She was recently moved into a new home and lost the doll she has had since she was little. Having a new one will help her know everything is okay and that someone cares for her.
