This request is being made on Hope’s behalf as she transitions into motherhood and needs help supporting her daughter, Heaven. She wishes for an Amazon gift card so she can buy items that can help keep her Heaven safe and happy. She hopes to buy a baby monitor because she wants to ensure the safety of her child when the baby is napping, during future playtime, while completing house chores, and taking care of her personal hygiene. She needs a stroller to help her safely transport her baby during travels, especially while running errands or dropping the baby off at daycare. She can also continue to exercise if she has a stroller, which can help her beat Postpartum Depression. A baby bath seat can assist her in properly bathing her child with can lessen the chances for something going wrong. The baby needs clothes for the winter and spring. A bouncer and lounger are also needed to ensure the baby has a safe place to sit or lounge while Hope is either taking care of house chores or needs a respite from holding her. A bouncer also promotes growth and exercise as they allow a baby to jump freely and safely while developing their bones. Granting this wish will help Hope realize that there are people who wish to see her succeed in motherhood despite the many challenges she faces.
Hope is 26 years old and lives in NJ
Hope has a most unique relationship with her Child Welfare Caseworker. She was given up by her adoptive mother at age 16. Hope became a Mom herself in November 2016 and is trying real hard to be the Best Mom she can. If her wish is granted we will do the shopping with her to assure appropriate cost-effective purchase are made.
