Jeramiah is a determined young man committed to doing well in school and on the sports teams he plays on. Jeramiah not only plays on the baseball and basketball teams at his school, but is also on travel teams because of his dedication to the sport and his teams. Jeramiah works hard in school so he can keep doing what he loves. Jeramiah has been able to be successful in his endeavors even after facing constant instability with his family, including being in foster care and separation from his sibling and parents.

There is no better feeling than being celebrated on your birthday! This wish will provide Jeramiah with an extra surprise to open on their special day. Although their celebrations may look different this year, it will remind them that they are valued and remembered on this important occasion!
