Exal is a caring young boy who is thriving in his foster home. Exal loves racing cars, running around the yard, and playing catch with his siblings & new foster parents. Exal has a ton of energy and is a fun kid to be around.

Exal and his brother recently came into care, and they're very competitive. Exal would love a light-up, remote-controlled car to race around the yard with his brother, with flashing lights as they zoom past each other. Each race would give them a chance to laugh, banter, and challenge each other, and it would keep them bonding even on the roughest days. It would turn a hard season into a few fun minutes of friendly competition.
