Resiliency Institute for Childhood AdversitySherrese is a bright, positive, and adventurous young woman who enjoys exploring new experiences while making time for self-care and connecting with friends. Despite overcoming significant adversity and often having to rely on herself, she remains compassionate and hopes to become a foster mother one day. With support from her program, Sherrese earned a full-ride scholarship and continues balancing school with full-time work to cover her expenses.
An electric scooter would help ease the financial burden of being a busy college student. Although Sherrese lives on campus, its large size and her off-campus commitments make getting around challenging. Between work, school, car expenses, food, and other necessities, her limited work hours make it difficult to keep up with costs, especially gas. A scooter would provide a convenient way to travel shorter distances, reduce gas expenses, and put those savings toward essential needs while she focuses on her education and future.
