Oyler is a sweet boy with big, bright eyes. He was born positive to substances, so he has struggled in some of his development, but has a sweet personality. He loves to eat and take walks outside when the weather is nice.

Oyler is a sweet boy who works hard in his therapeutic services to grow stronger and develop his speech. This Christmas, he is understanding more and joining in all of the fun activities, and the holiday will be even brighter because of it. A T-rex-shaped dinosaur carrier truck, packed with eighteen dinosaur figures, would be waiting for him under the tree. He could load the dinosaurs into the truck, roll it around, and make up his own adventures, a playful way to practice the movement and words he is working on. Seeing a whole herd of dinosaurs come out of the truck would light up his eyes.
