He maintains contact with his biological mother and older sibling through regular visits and participates in a specialized program where he is learning to communicate his feelings and manage strong emotions. His caregivers are also helping him develop important life skills, including potty training and consistent daily routines. Ray'Vion is a bright and curious child who thrives with structure, encouragement, and positive support as he continues to grow and develop.
