Jacob grew up experiencing significant emotional and physical abuse and has faced repeated instability throughout his adult life. Three different times, he has had to completely start over with little to nothing, yet he has continued working tirelessly to rebuild and provide a stable life for his son. As a single father, Jacob has carried the responsibility of supporting and caring for his son largely on his own. Since the passing of his mother, who was his main source of support, that responsibility has become even heavier. Despite everything he has endured, Jacob remains devoted to his son and focused on creating the security and stability for him that Jacob did not always have growing up.

Jacob recently landed a work-from-home job, giving him the opportunity to build a more stable future while being present for his son. Unfortunately, the headset provided by his employer picks up everyday background noises, making it difficult to maintain a professional environment during customer calls. A noise-canceling headset would help minimize distractions so Jacob can focus on his work and succeed in this new opportunity while continuing to be an involved father.
