As a protective big brother, he always ensures that his younger siblings have what they need before attending to his own needs. He loves riding his bike and playing video games. Although he struggles in school, he puts in a lot of effort to improve his grades.
Gene is in desperate need of a new pair of shoes, as his current ones are extremely worn out and no longer provide the support he needs. His feet don’t grow as quickly as his younger siblings', which means his shoes have gone unupgraded for quite some time. While his siblings often get new shoes more frequently, Gene has been holding on to his old pair out of necessity. He dreams of lacing up a fresh pair of Nikes, which not only offer style but also the comfort and durability he needs for his active lifestyle. A new pair would not only boost his confidence but also allow him to fully participate in sports and daily activities without worrying about his worn-out footwear.
