Children's Choice - PAWaliyah is a sweet little girl with a big heart. Waliyah is an older sister who loves to care for her baby sister as they navigate foster care together. Waliyah has a slight developmental delay, but it doesn't stop her from testing the waters and trying new things. Waliyah, along with her little sister, continues to surprise their foster family with new skills every day!
Waliyah loves sitting in the office with her foster dad while he works from home, pretending she is his best worker. She would love a learning chair of her own so she can sit right beside him. The chair plays music and phrases when she sits down or stands up, and it has lights, a flipbook, a pretend remote, and a lift-up cushion with hidden surprises. As she plays, she can learn colors, shapes, numbers, counting, and opposites at a level that grows along with her. Pressing, lifting, and turning the pieces would also build her fine and gross motor skills. It would turn her time at the office into a joyful mix of pretend and learning.
