Rory, a newborn in foster care, is quickly winning hearts. His caregivers enjoy his serious little frown and the sweet smile he shows when he yawns. Since entering care at birth, he's been surrounded by warmth and affection. His days are filled with feedings, naps, and gentle interactions. He’s beginning to follow faces and reach for objects, making each milestone special. As he grows, he needs the steady love and support that every baby deserves to help him explore the world around him.

Even a very young baby can benefit from being read to, and soft books provide Rory with something safe to hold and squeeze while a caregiver reads aloud. The sound of a familiar voice, the crinkling of the pages, and the bright pictures all help him feel secure and start to develop early language skills. Reading together creates a comforting daily routine that fosters closeness and lasts for years. It’s one of the sweetest ways to convey, “you are loved.”
