Jason is a great kid who has experienced much trauma in his life. In spite of it all, he is trying hard to adjust. He loves his foster family and is attached to them dearly. He has aged out of foster care and learning to live mostly on his own. He is just like any young guy that loves sports, video games, surfing the web, and eating junk food. He really wants to be able to make it on his own, but still requires support and encouragement from his former foster family.

Jason wishes for a new video game to play over spring break. He would like to go pick it out himself. This is a past time that helps him get his mind off other things.
