Kevin, who is a special needs child in foster care received 6 weeks of swimming lessons, provided through the NJ Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) for therapy and safety, because the resource family Kevin lives with has a swimming pool. However, due to cost, the lessons were not able to be continued. Kevin loves swimming as much as he loves dinosaurs, and he loves dinosaurs more than anything! We are asking for help with 6 weeks of swimming lessons, so Kevin can participate in his favorite, therapeutic, past-time.
Kevin is 13 years old and lives in NJ
Kevin is a wonderfully energetic, outgoing, and charming little boy with special needs. Kevin absolutely loves swimming and dinosaurs. Kevin has been with his resource family for a year and although they are not able to adopt, they are committed to caring for Kevin until a forever home is found.
