After spending most of the last year in and out of the hospital, Cade needs to attend multiple doctor appointments weekly and is starting a special high calorie diet. His foster family could use assistance with grocery expenses to ensure that Cade is having his special dietary needs met.
Cade is 20 years old and lives in PA
Cade is a delightful boy who has suffered from malnutrition and medical neglect. He is smart, active and has a great sense of humor. He was recently placed in kinship foster care after spending 3 months in the hospital. He has spent most of the last year in and out of the hospital. He is recovering now and just recently returned to school after missing 1 1/2 years. He has many medical needs and must be transported to multiple appointments weekly. He is also trying to maintain his weight so is eating a large amount of food to meet the doctor's recommended daily calorie intake.
