Wilber is in high school and is excelling in all his classes and he has also taught himself English. His goal after high school is to attend a 4 year institution and ultimately become part of the New Jersey State Police.
Wilber is currently living in an independent-living program. He is becoming adjusted to being a young adult. Wilber's means of transportation are public or asking for rides when the Division is unable to provide transportation. Wilber is asking for a bike as his wish, as he has explained that a bike will help him become more independent and not rely on anyone for transportation.
