Fran is a sweet kid in a huge household of 7 other siblings. She is often in charge of watching the younger siblings, and really admires her older sister who helps her. Fran is the only youth in the home who doesn't have mental illness, and as such, a lot of the attention in the household is focused on everyone else. Fran really is a special little girl though who enjoys so many things, including anime, videogames, soccer, and drawing.

Fran is wishing for a gift card to Walmart this Holiday season. Fran is in need of winter clothing. Due to being homeless and in foster care for the past several years, Fran is in need of clothing. Fran is currently working hard in school to build a brighter future. Granting this wish would allow Fran to pick out clothes that are comfortable and stylish in her own way.
