Ciara is a wonderful mom and a dedicated student. Ciara loves going to the YMCA to volunteer and was president of the foster care Youth Advisory Board northern region . She lives with an aging out youth and has financial problems but maintains a positive outlook
Ciara is 27 years old and lives in NJ
Ciara is a great mother to her 2 year old wonderful daughter, Melani. Ciara is a fun outgoing person, who loves to draw. She also loves to cook & wants to be a professional chef.
