At 27 years old, Kristopher has been an active children's rights advocate for years. He has served as an intern in Washington, DC and has overcome obstacles most of us cannot imagine. But like many young people who age out of foster care, Kristopher doesn't have the support he needs when crisis strikes. When he lost his federal job due to budget cuts this summer, he reached out to everyone he could think of to keep from becoming homeless. But sadly, those he thought would be there to catch him, were unable to help.

One Simple Wish wants to help Kristopher secure a safe, stable place before the holidays. He is actively looking for employment and with an impressive resume and very marketable skills, we are sure he will find one. In the meantime, he is looking for support with temporary housing over the holidays.
