Keriana is happy-go-lucky naturally, but having her own tablet or iPad would really make a difference in her life at home. Her foster mom would love to be able to use the same technique at home as the school uses with behavior modification. The school has been using the iPad to reward her when she completes or accomplish goals set for her.
Keriana is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Keriana has been in 8 different homes over the course of a few years. Keriana has dealt with the trauma of being removed and reunified several times. She is in a foster home with her sister. She has cognitive delays but has learned to utilize the school iPads to help her deal with them. Keriana strives to understand and comprehend her school lessons and really enjoys the computer labs.
