"Dear One Simple Wish: I wanted to write this letter to thank you for the stethoscope that was given to me by your organization. I am speechless at how you have helped me. The stethoscope is going to allow me to move forward in my Nursing program and provide accurate assessments for my patients that I will be caring for. I am so happy and thankful for this item because it represents my journey. It took me a long time to get where I am. Sometimes I reflect on how I made it to this point, and then I think about how I would not have made it very far if it wasn’t for the amazing supporters/motivators that I have—you are one of them. When I was in need of a stethoscope as a student nurse, One Simple Wish was there for me and continues to be there. I really cannot tell you how much this means to me. I perform so many functions with a stethoscope, and I could not afford one that was needed for school. I am grateful to all of the kind people who are a part of One Simple Wish.
