A once in a lifetime trip to Toronto so Avian can sing with her school choir

The ability for Avian to participate in this trip strengthens her ties to school and moves her one step forward in pursuit of her dreams. Avian’s Resource Home is over 60 miles from school. This distance prevents her from participating in most after school activities, including fundraising for the trip. Supporting her with funds will enable her to go on the trip.
Avian is 22 years old and lives in NJ
Avian lives a distance from home, school, friends, and community. She has struggled with the challenges of trauma, medical issues, and difficult family situations. Despite these trials, she keeps a positive attitude, holds on to her goals and dreams, and reaches out for help and support from her school community. The School Choir is an integral part of that school community. She loves to sing and perform!
