Kala has been sleeping on her family’s sofa for quite some time. They are getting ready to move into a new home and are having a hard time being able to get Kayla a bed. Kayla would love to have a comfortable bed all to herself, and be able to sleep in on her days off without being woken up by her family.
Kayla is 22 years old and lives in CO
Kayla has a long history in and out of the foster care system. Until recently she had been on the run from her mother and from the child protection workers trying to assist her. Kayla is only just now beginning to reconnect with her mother and try to bridge the emotional gap that has created a wedge between them.
