A bed set for Latoya who studies so hard and deserves to relax

Posted Feb 8, 2018
Latoya has come a long way in her college studies, and we are extremely proud of her. Latoya doesn’t ask for much, and because of the way her county closed her case she never benefited from the extended foster care benefits that are entitled to many other foster youth. It would be totally awesome to get her a bed set (comforter, bed skirt, fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillow cases, and 2 pillow shams). It is also her favorite color purple! Please help make Latoya’s house a home. Latoya (a future psychologist) would be very grateful for it!

Latoya is 28 years old and lives in CA

Latoya is a hard worker who enjoys helping others. She is always willing to listen to her peers when they are in need of advice and guidance. She is on the board of the Black student Union at her university. Latoya is also very involved in the black community on campus. She enjoys volunteering and is committed to service .
