Julia is a very smart little girl, she enjoys playing with her foster mom and loves helping her. Julia loves playing in the snow and enjoys helping mom make a snowman. She enjoys watching cartoons. Julia loves Mickey and Minnie! and all types of heroe cartoons. She is eager for the easter bunny to bring her a doll she saw at a store! She is doing a good job on behaving.

Julia loves playing outside with her foster mom, and her foster mom loves the bonding time they have while playing. Julia's foster mom is working hard to be able to provide for Julia but is struggling to be able to get new weather appropriate clothing for Julia who is growing so fast!
